Water

As you may know, freshly picked mushrooms contain around 90% water content by weight. After drying, minerals and impurities from the water are left behind in the final product. For this reason, it is important to start with a pure water base and add only what is required for mushroom growth.

Fungi-ally production starts with ultra-pure 0 ppm reverse osmosis water – close to the quality from distillation. The water is then remineralized using natural FDA approved calcite to balance pH and introduce fundamental minerals.

The Fungi-ally  water purification system has:

• Very high effectiveness in removing:
  • bacteria, viruses, and protozoa
  • sodium, chlorine/chloride, copper, chromium, lead
• Significant reduction in:
  • fluoride, radium, sulfate, calcium, magnesium, potassium, nitrate, phosphorous, and other VOCs (volatile organic compounds)

Fixings
Fungi-ally mycelium is developed distinctly on privately obtained, guaranteed natural rye grain. The grains are natural, and in entire part structure. Rye is wealthy in cell reinforcements and high in fiber, which makes them superb nourishment for mushrooms.

Drying
